Sarus Crane Fun Fact: A fun fact about the sarus crane is that it is the tallest flying bird in the world, standing at up to 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) tall! These graceful birds are also known for their lifelong monogamous pairs, and during mating season, they perform elaborate courtship dances that include bowing, jumping, and flapping their wings. This spectacular display strengthens their pair bond and is a sight to behold in the wild.
